Shipping & Returns
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship via USPS, UPS, Speedee, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. [Optional: We also ship to Canada — international rates and any duties are calculated at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.]
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control, and we aren’t responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, high-volume periods, or other factors.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery (or expected delivery) date at [support email] with your order number and photos of any damage. We’ll work with you and the carrier to make it right.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or are past the 30-day window.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of an error or defect on our end — in those cases, we’ll cover shipping. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
